KKD Finance Limited is an Independent Commercial Asset Finance Brokerage. We are situated in North Norfolk, with our head office in Aylsham. KKD was first established in 2009, by our Managing Director Kim Cockaday who has been in the industry since 1991, and since then we have built longstanding relationships with our customers and introducers using a wide panel of some of the country’s most competitive and trustworthy lenders.

Kim Cockaday
Managing Director
Kim has over 45 years experience in High Street Banking & Commercial Asset Finance. Outside interests include a love for F1, Porsche's and the odd game of golf in the sunshine. A family man who enjoys a glass of Malbec, especially if that happens to be in his beloved Cornwall.
Nick Flower
Director
has over 30 years' experience in commercial asset finance with both high street banks and through broking. Nick's outside interests include caravanning, photography and his classic sports car. A family man and an ex-Magistrate, serving for 13 years on the Norwich Bench.
Ollie Cockaday

Julie Cockaday
Office Manager
Julie joined KKD in September 2021, after many years working in a number of roles within the healthcare industry. Julie helps to ensure the smooth running of the office and offers support to the whole team. Julie is married to Kim, and has two children, one of which, Ollie who works for KKD. Julie would always prefer to be under the summer sun with a glass of sauvignon!
Sandra Petch
Customer Relations Manager
Sandra started working at KKD Finance in September 2022 after having spent 22 years as a finance manager for a building company. Sandra’s interests include long walks, reading, football (watching not playing!) and Formula One. A Jack Daniels and Coke with her family and friends is her perfect way to relax.

Associate
Paul has over 30 years asset finance experience starting as a trainee Rep in Sheffield, with what was Forward Trust, now HSBC and culminating in being appointed Head of Direct Sales at Bank of Ireland Business Finance in Cheltenham. For the last 15 years I have been a self-employed broker and having recently joined KKD Finance I am looking forward to growing my business from my new base in North Yorkshire. In my spare time, what there is of it, I enjoy a good pint in good company and going for a spin in my Ford Mustang, not at the same time obviously.
Chris Dew
Associate
Chris has over 35 years experience in the Asset Finance Industry, having worked for a number of bank owned finance companies. The opportunity to join the KKD Finance Team, to further his career, was welcomed by Chris as they share the common values of Integrity, Honesty and Treating Customers Fairly. Chris is the holder of a Finance Houses Diploma and is authorised by The FCA. In his spare time he enjoys all types of motorsport, viewing mostly unfortunately, walking and reading.
Rachel Gee
Associate
Rachel has over 35 years experience in the banking and asset finance field. Working at NatWest and Lombard for some 22 years, Rachel became a finance broker in 2009. A recent caravanner (no disasters yet!), she loves heading to Devon, Cornwall and North Norfolk when she can with her 3 dogs. Rachel said “I am thrilled to have joined KKD Finance and look forward to being able to offer my clients the same level of professionalism and knowledgeable service the business is known for”.
